Returns

We really hope you will love your Grey Flannel item(s), but if you do change your mind you have 14 calendar days to return from the date you received it. Items that are returned must be unworn, still in their original packaging with their original tags attached.

Return Shipping

The Cost of returning goods is the responsibility of the customer; however we will incur the cost of redelivering the exchanged goods should you want to exchange the item due to sizing issues.

For return shipments, we ask you use a tracked and traceable service and send us proof of shipment upon return.

Once we receive your returned Grey Flannel items, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting that the item meet our return criteria above.

Upon approval, we will initiate a refund to your credit card/original method of payment minus original shipping cost (UK - £5.99, USA - £35.00 etc.). Your card issuer's policies will determine how long it takes for the refund to appear on your account.
