The craft of dry stone walling, a traditional island activity passed through the generations, is the inspiration for this stylish Blanket from our Claíochaí, or stonewall, range. Each wall is built by hand using stones of random shapes and sizes. Our intricate design uses a variety of stitches to emulate the patterns created, such as plated moss stitch, plated moss rib stitch, plated caterpillar stitch, plated brick stitch, and embossed leaf stitch.

Now crafted with super-premium Cashmere and Merino yarn from Italian heritage producer, Filati Biagioli Modesto, made to the highest European environmental standards using only organic dyes.

Available in Khaki Mix, plating a Khaki marled yarn with a deep Navy. Both yarns are interspersed with Donegal flecks of warm orange and electric blue, culminating in a deep palette, adding striking pattern and colour interest to any natural or rustic interior. Designed, made and hand-finished in their Aran Island workshop.
